Farm Tales

Can't Share with Ewe

Posted by MaryAnn the FarmWife on February 14, 2013 at 9:45 AM

It was the cotton candy dusted with glitter type of snow. Big tufts of it clumped and clinging to the branches and twigs. I was moving slower this morning and missed the perfect timing to take the photos...so philosophical me is out today. Life moves quickly. If you're too busy to stop and take it in you will miss the beauty that blooms and fades. Take a moment today to notice something wonderful. Then smile. It will enrich your soul.

I did take a few minutes to look and enjoy it...then had to go and get the camera. The sun was out and melted it so quickly. Those huge snowflakes with the complex crystals were melted. The glitter was faded. It was too late to share it with you. So it was my special moment of the day. No sharing.
